Randy & Janet started following Jesus in 1971. After getting married in 1974 they helped plant a church in Culvery City in 1975, there Randy served as an Elder and Worship Leader. Janet served as a Womens Pastor. From there Randy served as Associate Pastor and Worship Leader in another church plant. Then in 1985 they both planted a church in Ventura, Randy served as Lead Pastor & Worship Leader as Janet led the women. After a sabbatical they stepped into Leadership roles at Journey, Randy as an Elder and Teaching Pastor and Janet led the Women's Ministry. Now they helped plant Movement church and serve in Leadership in the church in various roles in helping grow disciples and leaders.
